Market night was a success! It went very well for us and in the evening, we were slammed. The customers were getting their dinners ready to go and sit down to watch a movie under the stars. It was slow for all the vendors in the beginning. As the day moved forward and the sun moved downward, it started to pick up. People started to line up at our booth and placed their orders. It was a joy to see people enjoy the food that we made freshly just for them. There were people that never heard of a “Pupusa.” This famous dish from El Salvador, is famous in that country. There’s even a Holliday just for the Pupusas. We will be at Noble Creek every Tuesday from 5 to 9pm, making freshly handmade Pupusas topped with our famous Carne Asada, Sour Cream, Salsa and Guacamole. Yes, that’s the twist. I have been busy, I had a birthday party event, Church events, Busniness event. Its Grad time! Also I’m getting ready for Market Night in Beaumont, California. It was a blast last year and we will continue again this year. We will be selling our famous “Pupusas with a Twist, Gyros with chicken or lamb and also our new “Churro Explosion”. Come here, come happy, leave full. Market night will start June 7th after 5pm and end at 8:30pm sometimes 9pm.

I have two orders to do this week. One was for Gyros and One for enchiladas. Going to a day care facility in Redlands this week. Kids are going to say Yum Yum.
